BEFORE YOUR VISIT
A smoother visit starts with a few basics.
Pacific welcomes walk-in urgent-care patients and also provides ongoing family medicine. Bringing the right information can help the clinical team evaluate you more efficiently.
WHAT TO BRING
Helpful information for most visits
FOR CHILDREN
Pediatric visits
For pediatric patients, bring the child's insurance information, medication/allergy information and any relevant recent records. A parent, legal guardian or appropriately authorized adult may need to participate depending on the patient's age and circumstances.
Pediatric CareTESTING & IMAGING
Some testing is done here. Some is referred out.
Pacific performs selected point-of-care and on-site tests, including point-of-care glucose and urinalysis. When additional laboratory testing or diagnostic imaging is needed, the clinician can order or refer you to an outside laboratory or imaging center.
INSURANCE & PAYMENT
Coverage varies by plan.
Pacific accepts many PPO, HMO and Medicare plans. Patients should verify coverage when needed. Self-pay options are available for patients without insurance or who prefer to pay directly.
