Do I need an appointment for urgent care?
The current Pacific site states that no appointment is necessary for urgent care. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, subject to clinical capacity.
What are Pacific's hours?
Pacific currently publishes Monday through Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The clinic is located at 1520 E Lincoln Ave, Orange, CA 92865.
Does Pacific provide primary care?
Yes. Pacific combines urgent care and family medicine. The practice publishes services including annual physicals, hypertension and diabetes care, medication refills, women's health and specialist referrals.
What testing is available on site?
The current site lists rapid flu, strep and mono testing, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, confidential STD testing and urine/hair drug screening. Availability can vary, so call if you need a specific test.
Does Pacific accept insurance?
The current Pacific site says it accepts most PPO, HMO and Medicare plans. Coverage and network status are plan-specific, so patients should verify benefits before care.
How do I view my records or lab results?
Use the Patient Portal link once Pacific's Practice Fusion portal destination is confirmed. Medical records will not be stored inside the public Pacific website.
Does Pacific offer IV therapy?
Yes. The reconstructed site includes an IV Therapy section based on the IV-only menu currently published by Orange Aesthetics at the same location. IV services are subject to clinical screening and self-pay pricing.
When should I go to the emergency department instead?
Call 911 or seek emergency care for severe or life-threatening symptoms such as major breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, severe chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, major trauma, loss of consciousness, or another emergency condition.
