Dr. Richard Zhen Lu

Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Lu brings more than 15 years of family medicine experience to Pacific, caring for a broad range of needs from preventive medicine to chronic-condition management. His clinical interests include cardiovascular health, hypertension and lipid disorders.

He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine after studying Molecular and Cellular Biology at Harvard University, and completed residency training through Harvard-affiliated programs and UMass Medical Center. Dr. Lu speaks English and Mandarin and emphasizes efficient, thorough, patient-focused care.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Laura Rigby, NP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Laura earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner training at California State University, Long Beach and is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Her background includes urgent care, family medicine and geriatric care. She began her professional path in biochemistry and cancer-related research before moving into nursing and advanced practice, and she has cared for patients across a wide range of ages. Her approach emphasizes acute and chronic care, preventive medicine, healthy aging and practical wellness guidance.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Shaun Stevenson, NP

MSN, FNP-C, ACNPC-AG

Shaun is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with experience in urgent care, hospital medicine and emergency departments. His practice combines same-day evaluation with ongoing family and internal medicine care for patients with both acute concerns and complex chronic conditions.

His clinical background includes management of diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease; coordination of multi-specialty care; interpretation of laboratory testing, imaging and EKGs; and office procedures including suturing, wound care and splinting. His approach focuses on thorough, evidence-based medicine and clear communication with patients.
