No on-site X-ray: Pacific can refer patients to outside imaging centers when imaging is needed. Pacific does not currently advertise DOT examinations or vaccination services.
INSURANCE & SELF-PAY
Know your options before you visit.
Pacific accepts many major PPO, HMO and Medicare plans. Current published self-pay pricing is $95 for an initial visit and $79 for follow-up visits, subject to change. Testing, procedures, medications and IV services may add separate charges.
