This Website Privacy Notice explains how the public Pacific website should be used. It is separate from the clinic's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Pacific-UC.com provides general information about Pacific Urgent Care & Family Medicine, its services, providers, hours and ways to contact the practice. The public website is not intended for submitting medical histories, diagnoses, lab results, insurance documents, prescription information or other sensitive medical information through ordinary website forms or email.
Patient records and secure communication
Patient records and secure portal access are handled through the clinic's designated patient portal and electronic health record systems. When secure communication or access to medical records is needed, use the Patient Portal or contact the office for guidance.
Contact information
General contact methods on the public website should be used for routine, non-emergency administrative questions. Do not send passwords, detailed medical histories or other sensitive health information through ordinary email. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
