MEDICAL IV CARE
IV hydration and selected medications can be part of medical treatment.
During an appropriate in-person family-medicine visit, Pacific may provide IV fluids or selected clinician-directed IV medications when the patient's evaluation, diagnosis and medical history support their use.
Medical IV care is not selected from the elective IV menu. Medication choice, dosing and monitoring are determined by the treating clinician, and some conditions require emergency-department or hospital care.

Because Pacific provides both walk-in urgent care and family medicine, patients can use the practice for today's concern and continue with the same local team for many ongoing healthcare needs.
TELEHEALTH & FOLLOW-UP

Selected follow-up visits, medication discussions and results review may be appropriate for telehealth when a physical examination or in-office testing is not required.
