HOW IT WORKS
Simple for patients. Controlled by the office.
Patients request a preferred time through Practice Fusion. Pacific staff reviews the request, confirms or adjusts the appointment, and the approved visit is added to the Practice Fusion schedule.

Our office staff checks availability and may approve, decline, or adjust the requested date, time, appointment type, or duration.
Receive confirmation
The appointment is confirmed only after Pacific approves the request. Practice Fusion sends the patient an email with the decision.
URGENT CARE
Need care today?
Urgent-care walk-ins are welcome. You do not need to wait for an online appointment request to be approved for a walk-in urgent-care visit.
